Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari has given approval to summon National Assembly (NA) budget session on June 5 Friday 5 p.m and Senate session on June 5 at 6 p.m.
In NA session budget for the next fiscal year 2026-27 will be presented.
It is pertinent to mention here agenda of NA and Senate session will be issued within a few days.
The next budget has to be presented in consultation with IMF and most of the matters have been resolved in this regard.
Different proposals for increasing pay and pension of government employees in the next budget have been worked out.
Advisor to Prime Minister (PM) Rana Sana Ullah Khan has said relief will be provided to people including salaried class at large scale.
