Islamabad: Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani of Islamabad High Court (IHC) has remarked president confers medal on the Deputy Commissioner (DC) who was convicted by this court.

The petition against working of private people in Patwar Circles Islamabad came up for hearing in IHC Wednesday.

IHC ordered district administration to issue the correct advertisement again.

Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani expressed resentment for not issuing the advertisement as per court's orders.

He remarked has every work to be done after contempt of court. The DC who was awarded punishment by this court, president bestows medal on him.

Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani remarked when I issue contempt of court notice I will not do it like justice Babar Sattar that I give time . I will send him handcuffed to jail just at that very moment. Medal, waidal will remain here. You people have formed constitutional court and even then problems are not being addressed.

Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani remarked this all is being done for you. Judgment is on everything. Don't indulge in ill intent. There is no punishment for mistake.

He further remarked this system of dishonest people cannot run. This is too dishonesty. Therefore, government does not hold local bodies election. Every dishonesty and wrong tolls have been kept for use. Express thanks, You have not been fired upon. Only threat has been given to you. Housing societies work will not be done unless land of shamlat is divided. if work is stopped then those who are owners of plot will complain. They will imprecate me and you.

The court ordered Islamabad administration to issue correct advertisement for the posts of patwaris.

The hearing of the case was adjourned till next month.
