Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari has called for international cooperation, public awareness and collective efforts to end human trafficking.

In his message on the occasion of World Day against Trafficking in Persons, he said Pakistan is implementing strict laws and adopting effective and modern measures to prevent human trafficking.

He said our relevant agencies are making vigorous efforts to dismantle human smuggling networks and bring the perpetrators to justice, assuring that Pakistan will continue to work with global partners to eradicate human trafficking and to establish a world free from human exploitation.
