Jaranwala: Proclaimed offender who had torched church in Jaranwala has been arrested by police after two years.

Police spokesperson said SHO police station Lundianwala, inspector Zahid Hussain along with ASI Tanvir while heading a police team arrested proclaimed offender Salim through technical resources.

The accused was wanted by police in in case No 23/467 registered in Lundianwala police under section 295, 148. 149, 186. 427. 436 and 353.

Accused Salim had set ablaze church in the area of Lundianwala police 2 years back. He had fled after putting up resistance.

Lundianwala police has started legal proceedings against the accused.
