Islamabad: District and Sessions Court Islamabad has dismissed the FIA plea seeking rejection of bail plea of Siddique Anjum accused in the case pertaining to propaganda against judge on social media besides extending interim bail till November 23.Additional Sessions Judge Afzal Majoka took up for hearing bail plea of the accused in case related to propaganda on social media against the judge Monday.FIA prosecutor said during the hearing of the case the accused has obtained protective bail in the case from Peshawar High Court (PHC) . Court should reject bail in the case due to grant of protective bail from PHC.Defence counsel Ansar Kiyani said FIA are misleading the court. Protective bail has not been obtained in the case. Siddique Anjum has obtained protective bail from PHC in other unknown cases. The court has stopped FIA from arresting Siddique Anjum in other unknown cases.The court while extending interim bail of the accused Siddique Anjum in propaganda on social media against judge case ad journed the hearing of the case.
