Islamabad: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has adjourned the indictment proceedings against PTI workers in the case registered against them under protest and siege and arson clauses due to presence of incomplete number of the accused.

The court has adjourned the hearing till February 12.

Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra of ATC Islamabad heard the case Tuesday.

The hearing of the case was adjourned without proceedings after marking attendance of the accused who were present in the court.

Sardar Masroof Khan, Ali Bokhari advocate and Aamna Ali advocate appeared on behalf of the accused.

Hearing of the case will now take place on February 12.

Case is registered in police station Bahara Kahu against the accused persons.
