ISLAMABAD: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has adjourned hearing of bail pleas of Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha till October 17 in protest, terrorism and violation of section 144 case.

About meeting with Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattah, Shireen Mazari said first we are harassed and troubled and then a meeting is allowed.

Duty Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra of ATC No 1 heard the case. Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra said during the hearing of the case, only Abual Hasnat Sahb will hear bail pleas. Judge inquired was meeting arranged with Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha yesterday.

Shireen Mazari said first we are harassed and troubled and then a meeting is allowed. Defence counsel Riasat Ali Azad requested the court to fix the case tomorrow. Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra said judge sahb will not come tomorrow. He will return on October 19 and hear the case.

The counsel for Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha requested the court to adjourn the hearing till October 15. However the court adjourned the hearing of bail pleas till October 17.
