Islamabad: Lawyer Mustafain Kazmi who had misbehaved with Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faiz Isa has been sent to jail on judicial remand.Judge Abual Hasanat Zulqarnain of Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad sent PTI affiliated lawyer Mustafain Kazmi to jail on judicial remand at the request of investigating officer.The investigating officer of the case took the plea more physical remand of Mustafain Kazmi is not needed.Hadi Ali Chatha and Imaan Mazari counsels for Mustafain Kazmi appeared in the court.Mustafain Kazmi counsel for PTI had misbehaved with CJP Qazi Faez Isa during hearing of review petitions regarding article 63-A on October 3 in Supreme Court. Later he was arrested.ATC Islamabad had approved physical remand of Mustafain Kazmi for four days.
