PTI announces not to become part of process for 27th Constitutional Amendment

Islamabad: PTI has announced not to become part of process for 27th constitutional amendment in National Assembly (NA).

Talking to media men outside the parliament house, chairman PTI Barrister Gohar said we have announced that we will not become part of process for 27th constitutional amendment. We will stage walk out after delivering speech in National Assembly.

To a question from a journalist how PTI will welcome on arrival of Nawaz Sharif in parliament he said either Nawaz Sharif comes or otherwise but now he has become irrelevant in Pakistani politics. He was thinking that red carpet will be laid to welcome him but no one rolled out one for him in Parliament.'

Answering to a question, barrister inquired while addressing Khawaja Muhammad Asif did he not go to Iftikhar Chaudhry with petition against Raja Pervez Ashraf. Didn't Mian Nawaz Sharif himself act as a lawyer to form the Memogate Commission?'

He said don't use the wrong words against the judges who had left whether they were good or bad.

PTI leader Asad Qaisar said that the 27th Constitutional Amendment had 'buried the Constitution and the law and we will continue our struggle against this amendment.

We have convened Peace Jirga to give a national policy. We cannot afford more violence or blasts. 'Issues between Afghanistan and Pakistan should be resolved with patience and at diplomatic level .
