Islamabad: PTI has cancelled its protest and public meeting in Islamabad on August 05, say media reports. PTI has decided to stage protest in every district on August 5 instead of holding public meeting or protest in Islamabad. PTI will stage a rally from Hayat Abad Toll Plaza to Qilla Bala Hasar on August 5. The rally will continue till night.

PTI sources said that as per PTI founder directives Tehreek-e-Tahaffaz Ayeen and PTI leadership will participate in rally from Hayat Abad Toll Plaza to Qilla Bala Hasar on August 5. The rally will be led by Chief Minister (CM) KP Ali Amin Gandapur.

In Swabi PTI workers will gather on Ambar Interchange Swabi and hold protest against 2 years illegal detention of PTI founder. The protest will continue till Isha prayers.

In Nowshehra, PTI workers will gather in Khairabad Nowshehra and stage one day protest. The protest will continue till Isha prayers.

All members of national assembly, provincial assembly, ticket holders will make video of rallies originating from their Hujras or deras and send these videos to district organization for onward transmission to regional organization of party.
