Islamabad: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has approved bail PTI counsel Mustafain Kazmi in PTI protest outside Supreme Court (SC) case.Judge Abual Hasanat Zulqarnain of ATC Islamabad took up for hearing bail plea of Mustafain Kazmi Wednesday.The court has approved bail plea against the surety bonds of Rs 30000.Prosecutor Raja Navid argued that Mutafain Kazmi raised slogans against the judiciary which is sacred institution of the country. PTI workers have made it their habit to attack institutions. Mustafain Kazmi and other leaders incited the people against the institutions.The defence counsel while citing to health condition of Mustafain Kazmi said his health condition is not good.The defence counsel said Mustafain Kazmi was in court room at the time of protest. He did not take part in the protest outside SC.It is pertinent to mention here court had sent Mustafain Kazmain on judicial remand.
