Peshawar: PTI has filed petition in Peshawar High Court (PHC) in connection with reserved seats.

Petition has been filed by PTI KP general secretary Ali Asghar. The petition said reserved seats are right of PTI.

The petitioner has taken the plea PTI was not heard in reserved seats case. PHC was misled on the matter of reserved seats.

The petition said the March 13 and March 14 decision of PHC be declared null and void. The petitioner be given right to contest reserved seats case.

PTI has made election commission and others respondents in the petition.
