PTI former MPA murder case: Court admits for hearing bail after arrest plea of PML-N leader former senator Ch Tanvir

Rawalpindi: Additional Sessions Judge Rawalpindi Chaudhry Muhammad Hussain Gaddi has admitted for hearing bail after arrest plea of PML-N leader and former Senator Chaudhry Tanvir Khan nominated in PTI former provincial assembly member Adnan Chaudhry murder case.

The court has issued notice to respondent after preliminary hearing.

The court directed police to present record of the case today (Wednesday).

During the preliminary hearing of the case, Tanvir Iqbal, Malik Wahid Anjum, Muhammad Yasir and Malik Waqas counsels for the petitioner were also present in the court.

The petition filed by Chaudhry Tanvir said the petitioner has been involved in the case unjustly while the FIR of the case has been registered against unknown accused persons. Like wise the bail before arrest of co-accused in case including Daniyal Chaudhry, Osama Chaudhry and Changez Chaudhry has already been confirmed.

The other co-accused including Sohail Anjum, Zahoor and Wahab have been granted bail after arrest. In this perspective the petitioner deserves for legal concession.

It has been said in the petition the petitioner and his family members are being involved in the case merely on political basis.

The petitioner said being heart patient he is facing problems since the last two years. Now when the investigations of all kinds have been completed and neither the petitioner is wanted in the investigation with any reference, therefore, the bail of the petitioner be approved and orders for his release be issued. The petitioner is ready to file surety bonds to the satisfaction of court.

After preliminary hearing the court adjourned the hearing of the case till June 25 besides issuing notice to the respondents.
