Islamabad: Justice Hassan Azhar Rizvi of Supreme Court (SC) constitutional bench remarked "did former Prime Minister (PM) condemn May 9 incidents that this happened wrong.

He gave these remarks during hearing of intra court appeals against decision of trial of civilians in military courts while moving to counsel of PTI founder that " you are counsel for former Prime Minister (PM) and party leader. Did former PM condemn May 9 incidents that it happened wrong. Was it condemned in written reply in the court.

Counsel Aziz Bhindari said miscellaneous petition of PTI founder is part of court's record. PTI founder has condemned May 9 incident during in his written representations. PTI founder has said whosoever are responsible be punished.

Counsel Aziz Bhindari said condemning it does not mean PTI founder accepts government stance.

Justice Hassan Rizvi remarked condemning is good thing.

The SC constitutional bench presided over by Justice Amin ud Din Khan Monday heard the case.
