Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) has given time to Election Commission (EC) to file reply to the petition from PTI founder against his five years disqualification in Toshakhana case.A five members larger bench of LHC presided over by Justice Shams Mehmood Mirza took up for hearing the petitions filed by PTI founder against his disqualification for five years in Toshakhana case besides allowing him to contest election.Counsel for EC Shahzad Shaukat did not appear in the court during the hearing of the case.Junior counsel of EC said if court allows then he opens the arguments.LHC remarked we will hear only Shahzad Shaukat.The court gave time to counsel for EC to file reply.The court adjourned hearing of the petitions for indefinite period.
