Islamabad: Judicial Magistrate has accepted acquittal pleas of former governor Sindh Imran Ismail and former federal minister Shafqat Mehmood in PTI Haqiqi Azadi March case.

The acquittal pleas of former governor Sindh Imran Ismail and former federal minister Shafqat Mehmood in PTI Haqiqi Azadi March case came up for hearing in the court Tuesday.

Mubashar Hassan Chishti judicial magistrate took up the pleas for hearing.

The court accepted acquittal pleas of former governor Sindh Imran Ismail and former federal minister Shafqat Mehmood in PTI Haqiqi Azadi March case

On the other side acquittal pleas of several PTI workers were rejected.

Following the rejection of acquittal pleas , the court adjourned the hearing of the case till December 9 to the extent of accused persons.

Two cases are registered against the PTI former leaders and workers in police station Bhara Kahu.

Several leaders and workers of PTI had resorted to court for acquittal.
