Islamabad: PTI leader Aliya Hamza has filed protective bail plea in Islamabad High Court (IHC) in respect of the cases registered against her in Faisalabad and Sargodha.She filed bail plea through her counsels Khaqan Mir and Ishtiaq A Khan Friday.She has requested the court to hear the case today.Earlier Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Gujranwala had acquitted Aliya Hamza in May 9 case. No one from the side of Aliya Hamza and her lawyers had appeared in the court.It is pertinent to mention here Aliya Hamza was nominated accused in the case registered in Cantt police station. She was arrested by Gujranwala police after her release from Sargodha jail.
