Islamabad:Opposition leader in Senate and PTI leader Shibli Faraz has filed petition in Islamabad High Court (IHC) to avoid arrest. Shibli Faraz has made interior secretary, IG Islamabad police DG FIA and federation respondents. The petition said several concocted, baseless and fake cases have been registered against Shibli Faraz. Over 100 cases have been registered against PTI workers.Shibli Faraz requested in his petition that he be not arrested in any known or unknown case. The arrest in any case be linked to permission from court.It was requested in the petition protective bail be granted to the petitioner for appearing in the respective court besides providing details of all cases against him.
