Lahore: PTI leaders Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Yasmin Rashid were not presented in Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore during hearing of 4 cases related to May 9 incident on Monday.4 cases related to May 9 incident including attack on Jinnah House and siege and arson came up for hearing in ATC Lahore.Duty judge Arshid Javed took up the cases for hearing.During the hearing of the case Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Yasmin Rashid were not presented in the court from jail. However other accused appeared in the court for attendance.The court adjourned the hearing of the case till October 31.Prosecution has already filed challan of the cases against the accused in the court. The cases have been registered under heinous crime including treason clause.Case No 23/96 of Jinnah house attack case is registered in Sarwar Road police, case No 23/1271 of Askari Tower siege and arson in Gulberg Police station, case No 23/852 of torching police vehicles in Race course police station Zaman Park and case NO 23/103 is re gistered in Sarwar road police station against the accused.
