Lahore: PTI has resorted to Lahore High Court (LHC) to obtain permission to hold public meeting on Minar-e-Pakistan on August 5.

PTI member of Punjab Assembly (PA) Imtiaz Mehmood Sheikh has filed petition in LHC in this regard.

The petitioner has taken plea in the petition that application has been given to deputy commissioner Lahore to seek permission to hold public meeting. NOC regarding public meeting has not been filed so far.

The petitioner requested the court to issue NOC for holding public meeting.
