Rawalpindi: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi has once again postponed decision of case registered against Aleema Khanum, sister of former chairman PTI Imran Khan in police station Sadiq Abad in connection with November 26 protest.
The decision is likely to be announced on October 9.
The court had reserved this judgment following completion of hearing on September 22.
Legal team comprising Muhammad Faisal Malik counsel for Aleema Khanum and former chairman PTI appeared in the court Thursday.
Prosecution team was also present in the court.
The counsel for Aleema Khan told the court he is ready for arguments on the petition filed by him.
However the court adjourned the proceedings related to decision of the case till October 9.
Trial of the case against 10 accused persons including Aleema Khanum has been completed in this case.
Prosecution got recorded statements of 18 witnesses therein.
