Islamabad: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad will announce decision on September 28 in respect of the case registered in connection with PTI November 26 protest.

Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra took up the case for hearing. This case is registered against PTI workers in police station Secretariat. During the hearing of the case one accused who is nominated in the case insisted on announcing the judgment today. The accused said he was sure the decision would be based on justice. I have confidence on the court. Therefore, I am appearing.

Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra said statements under 342 of all remaining accused be filed on Monday. Judge Tahir Abbas inquired from the counsel during the hearing of the case why some accused persons are not appearing in the court.

Counsel Murtaza Toori replied raids are being conducted on the homes of PTI workers. People come in police uniform and plain clothes . First they break the cameras. The accused are not appearing due to fear. The court adjourned the hearing of the case till September 28.
