Islamabad: PTI has demanded of government to give explanation on the rumors about health of Imran Khan saying immediate arrangement be made for meeting of Imran Khan with his family members.

As per media reports his sisters were not allowed to meet Imran Khan during recent weeks. Due to it they raised questions on the presence of former Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan and held protest outside Adiala jail.

Unauthentic claims were shared on social media about his death . Indian media too reported them. The trend of Imran Khan is where was running on X in Thursday morning.

PTI said in a statement on X that malicious rumors are being spread by Afghan and India media and foreign social media accounts about the health of Imran Khan.

PTI demanded that government and interior ministry should contradict this rumor in clear terms and explain their position immediately. Immediate arrangement of Imran Khan meeting with his family members be made.

PTI demanded state should issue a formal and transparent statement about health, security and the present status of Imran Khan.

The party warned nation will not tolerate any uncertainty about its Quaid Imran Khan.

Government is directly responsible for security of Imran Khan and protection of legal and constitutional rights.

Party will take every legal and political step to counter these rumors and bring to fore the truth.
