Peshawar: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has ordered to arrest 6 accused including Member of Provincial Assembly (MPA) and present them before it in May 9 Radio Pakistan attack case.

The case came up for hearing in ATC led by Judge Wali Muhammad Thursday.

According to prosecution 6 accused persons including PTI(Parliamentarian) , MPA Arbab Wasim did not appear in the court during hearing of the case.

The court while issuing non- bailable arrest warrants of 6 accused including MPA nominated in the case has ordered to arrest the accused and present them before court on next hearing.

According to prosecution MPA and other accused are nominated in Radio Pakistan attack case. The accused persons along with their other accomplices set ablaze radio Pakistan building on May 9 during the protest. Case was registered against them in police station East.

They told that trial of the accused was started following the completion of investigation and now the accused are not appearing.

The court adjourned the hearing of the case till April 12.
