Peshawar: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) while accepting the plea for identification of the elements involved in attack on radio Pakistan Peshawar on May 9 has issued short order.The court has ordered that material be sent to NADRA for verification of the videos and other record related to the incident.According to the order the investigation officer will get verify the complete record of the incident and identification of alleged accused from NADRA and will present the report in the court till February 10.The counsel of the case Shabbir Hussain Gagiani advocate told the court `during the hearing of the case the enraged demonstrators attacked the building of Radio Pakistan on May 9. The building was set ablaze. Immense loss was caused to government and private properties. The accused torched Chaghi monument .The counsel for plaintiff told the court the case of the incident has been registered wherein several members of assembly from KP have been nominated.The counsel requested the court to get condu ct forensic of the videos of the incident from Punjab Forensic Science Agency. Identification and verification of the original accused be got done from NADRA.The court directed investigation officer to get verify all the record from NADRA besides presenting the report within stipulated period.
