Rawalpindi: The Rawalpindi Cantonment Board has launched an anti-encroachment operation in Chour Chowk, removing hundreds of illegal sheds, signboards, and iron grills. The operation aims to eliminate encroachments and ensure the smooth flow of traffic. The operation is was carried out under the supervision of CEO Rawalpindi Cantonment Board, Syed Ali Irfan Rizvi. The Enforcement Staff is working tirelessly to remove encroachments, including illegal sheds, signboards, and iron grills. Heavy machinery is was used to demolish illegal structures. The Cantonment Board has warned that no encroachments will be tolerated in its area of responsibility. CEO RCB Syed Ali Irfan Rizvi stated that the operation aims to eliminate encroachments in a phased manner, ensuring the smooth flow of traffic and pedestrian movement. He warned that action will be taken against those who obstruct traffic flow.
