Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has adjourned till today (Friday) hearing of petition seeking recovery of two missing brothers of Azhar Mashwani due to non availability of their counsel Azhar Mashwani.Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb remarked " I will proceed this case in different ways. I am on judicial side and not on executive side.He gave these remarks during the hearing of the petition related to recovery of two missing brothers of Azhar Mashwani here Thursday,Counsel for the father of the petitioner Azhar Mashwani and Additional Attorney General (AAG) Mansoor Iqbal Doga appeared in the court.Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb remarked " I will proceed this case under different methods. I am on judicial side , not on executive side.AAG said Attorney General (AG) has contacted concerned authorities at high level.The court inquired was any contact made with you.Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb remarked if they have committed any crime then they be presented before magistrate. I will h ear the arguments on case tomorrow.The arguments could not take place due to non availability of Babar Awan advocate.The court adjourned the hearing of the case till Friday (today).
