Rawalpindi:Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi has ordered to register case against the convicted criminal and his guarantor for committing fraud with the court.
The court issued these orders when the surety bond filed by guarantor of Ch Asif Ali convicted in GHQ attack case proved fake.
The court ordered to register case against Agha Ammar ul Haq, guarantor of the accused in police station civil lines.
Chaudhry Asif Ali was awarded 10 years imprisonment and declared proclaimed offender due to his persistent absence from court during trial of GHQ attack case.
However the fard filed by the guarantor of the accused in respect of the land located in Chak Jalal Din in surety bond proved fake.
In the report filed by respective patwari, it was told that the land of this number and fard of khasra is not existing.
It is pertinent to mention here the court had ordered on May 21 to confiscate surety bonds of 12 proclaimed offenders including the accused Chaudhry Asif.
