Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has expressed resentment over not filing reply by National Cyber Crime Agency (NCCIA).
IHC adjourned till July 24 hearing of the petitions filed by 43 above grade -16 contract employees of NCCIA for regularization of their service.
As per media report, Justice Azam Khan of IHC took up for hearing petitions filed by 43 employees including Amir Sohail.
The court expressed resentment for not filing reply by NCCIA. The court also ordered for stopping any disciplinary action against the employees of NCCIA. The court directed to file reply till next hearing or the case will be decided by seeing the record.
