ISLAMABAD:Federal Constitutional Court (FCC) while rejecting JUI-F appeal plea on the dispute over one reserved seat has upheld Election Commission (EC) decision.

As per media report the hearing of dispute over one reserved seat of JUI-F was held in FCC.

A two members bench of FCC comprising Chief Justice (CJ) Amin ud Din Khan and justice Aamer Farooq took up the case for hearing.

The FCC while upholding EC decision dismissed the appeal plea of JUI-F.

Counsel for JUI-F said JUI-F gave four names for reserved seats. EC cannot make change in the list for reserved seats. This is unique case in the history of Pakistan.

Counsel for JUI- F took the plea JUI-F is saying Sadaf Ehsan is not its candidate. But it is being said to us she is our candidate.

If political party did not give correct list , correction can be sought from it.

FCC dismissed the JUI-F plea.
