Lahore: DG FIA has filed investigation report in Lahore High Court (LHC) in the case against rioting by spreading fake news.A 3-member bench of LHC presided over by Chief Justice (CJ) LHC Aalia Neelum took up the case for hearing Tuesday.DG FIA, Ahmad ishaq, Director FIA Sarfraz Virk. IG Punjab Usman Anwar, DIG Investigation Zeeshan Asghar and DIG operation Faisal Kamran appeared in the court.The counsel for the federal government said at the inception of hearing I want to present the inquiry which has been started on the order of court.Counsel for the federal government presented investigation report of DG FIA.Counsel for federal government Asad Bajwa told that our report comprises two parts. In one part name of both of female students have been written and in second part name have not been shown. Honorable bench please see it what report has to be made part of record.Justice Aalia Neelum remarked on investigation report this is huge report. We will read it.Justice Ali Zia Bajwa inquir ed has any FIR been lodged in the incident of Punjab college.Counsel for federal government replied FIA has registered case.Justice Aalia Neelum remarked case has been registered with police. Police was sleeping silently. When it was said in full bench on October 16 IG Punjab should appear in person and present report regarding incidents. Then police became active.Counsel Azhar Siddique said during hearing FIA has registered case against Hafiz Shakir court reporter.CJ LHC Aalia Neelum remarked we see it. You should keep quiet and speak on your turn. We are not hearing you now.The court adjourned the hearing for reviewing all reports.
