Islamabad: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has dismissed bail before arrest plea of PTI leader Asad Qaisar in Sangjani public rally case. Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra of ATC heard the case.

Ayesha Khalid advocate appeared in the court on behalf of Asad Qaisar. Exemption from attendance plea was filed by Asad Qaisar. Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra remarked Asad Qaisar had appeared in the court last time in February. The application which has been given for exemption from attendance does not bear the signatures of Asad Qaisar.

It is pertinent to mention here case against Asad Qaisar is registered against Asad Qaisar in police station Sangjani under terror clauses.
