Islamabad: Supreme Court (SC) has approved bail plea of one Mudassar accused in rape case.

Justice Jamal Mandokhail has remarked the investigation should be made seriously as much as the allegation is grave. All such incidents are not reported. Medical report is not against the accused too. Every case is not rape case.

He gave these remarks on Thursday.

The counsel for the accused took the plea the accused is fully denying the allegation.

The state counsel said the investigation proves the stay of girl in the house of the accused.

Justice Malik Shahzad remarked the allegation has to be proved by the plaintiff and not by the accused.

Justice Musarrat Hilali said why any one will make it a circus show by leveling false allegation against one's daughter.

The state counsel said the medical was conducted with the delay of two months . People keep mum due to honor of the daughters.

Justice Musarrat Hilali said the woman herself has admitted rape. What will be any other evidence than this .

Justice Malik Shahzad said we cannot ask for awarding punishment merely on the basis of evidence of girl.

Justice Jamal Mandokhail said has any one been punished on Zina Bil Raza. Can the culprit of razamandi be awarded punishment under the rape clauses.

Later the court approved the bail plea of the accused.

The father of woman had registered rape case against the accused in Toba Tek Singh last year.
