Islamabad: Supreme Court (SC) has approved bail plea of PPP leader and former advisor to Chief Minister (CM) Sindh Muhammad Ismail.

The court has approved bail against surety bonds in the sum of Rs one lac.

Justice Jamal Mandokhail while addressing to the counsel of the accused said talk with us about the present case. Dont use the word inflential for accused. If the accused was so influential then his name should have been in the case from the first day.22 people have been nominated but not the accused. The word powerful has been used for the accused repeatedly.

He gave these remarks while hearing the case on Tuesday.

The case came up for hearing before the bench under Justice Jamal Mandokhail Tuesday.

Justice Musarrat Hilali remarked the accused is very powerful. Who is he.

The counsel for the accused Farhad Abroo said the accused belongs to PPP who has remained former advisor. The accused has been implicated in false case. The interior minister got registered false 15 FIRs against the accused.

The state counsel requested the court to adjourn the hearing. The record of the case of accused has not come so far.

Justice Jamal Mandokhail while expressing resentment said to state counsel it was your responsibility to call the record. It has been made joke. Why the file has not been sought.

The counsel for the plaitiff said the accused kept the daughter of the complainant under his detention.

The counsel for the accused said the accused was included in the investigation on the statement of only one prosection witness. 7 people were killed in the incident.

Justice Jamal Mandokhail said 7 people were killed. The name of the accused should have been included in the case from the very first day.

The court granted bail against surety bonds worth one lac rupees.
