Islamabad: Supreme Court (SC) constitutional bench while maintaining registrar office objections has dismissed the petition against declaring Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC) a parliamentary party.A seven members SC constitutional bench presided over by Justice Amin ud Din Khan took up for hearing the petition against declaring SIC a parliamentary party Wednesday.Moulvi Iqbal Haider took the plea he had filed petition in time. Now review case of this case is pending hearing. I want this should be seen in any one case.Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail remarked why do you want to get done unconstitutional thing by us. It is will of the candidates they join political party or otherwise.Justice Amin ud Din Khan remarked Moulvi Iqbal Sahb you are again going to this side due to which ban was imposed.The court while upholding registrar office objections on the petition against declaring SIC as parliamentary party dismissed it.
