Islamabad: Supreme Court (SC) constitutional bench has rejected plea for shifting PTI founder Imran Khan to KP Jail besides imposing fine of Rs 20000 on the petitioner.SC constitutional bench took up for hearing the petition seeking shifting of Imran Khan to KP jail Tuesday.The court imposed fine of Rs 20000 on the petitioner Abdul Qayyum Khan and dismissed the petition declaring it non-maintainable.The court remarked fine is imposed on baseless petition.The petitioner Abdul Qayyum said " I have come here for the sake of the peace of the country.Justice Amin ud Din Khan inquired what relevance you have with it.Justice Jamal Khan Mandohail remarked you should get work done for country from parliament. This is policy matter.
