Islamabad: Supreme Court (SC) constitutional bench has rejected the plea for taking suo motu notice of deaths occurred during protest in D-chowk.This plea was made by Additional Advocate General (AAG) KP in SC.Head of SC constitutional bench Justice Amin ud Din Khan remarked we cannot see the matter which is not before us.The case regarding climate change came up for hearing before SC constitutional bench Wednesday.AAG KP appeared on video link.The counsel for KP government said deaths took place from both sides a day before. Constitutional bench can take suo motu notice. Constitutional bench should take suo motu notice of these incidents.Justice Musarrat Hilali remarked don't talk about politics in the court .Justice Jamal Mandokhail remarked this matter is not before us. We don't want to talk about it.Justice Amin ud Din Khan remarked what matter is not before us , we cannot see it.Constitutional bench rejected verbal plea of AAG KP.
