Islamabad: Hearing of petition filed by PTI founder against official secret act and army act will be held during the ongoing week in Supreme Court (SC) constitutional bench.

A six members SC constitutional bench presided over by Justice Amin ud Din Khan will hear the petition on February 07.

PTI founder has requested the court to declare official secret act and army act against the constitution.
