Islamabad: Supreme Court (SC) has given one month time to the petitioner for preparations in land dispute case of Chitral.The Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa has remarked this case is pending hearing since the last 10 years.Moving to the petitioner the CJP said " you have lost the case in three courts.The petitioner said the courts give decision with shut eyes.The CJP remarked " Don't deliver speech here.The CJP gave these remarks while presiding over two members bench of SC during the hearing the case Monday.The CJP said to the petitioner " I am sitting here for justice.The petitioner said " please give the date as my counsel is in Peshawar. I don't know he has placed the file where. I am coming here from Chitral directly.The CJP remarked " we want to hear your case because you have come here from far off.The court gave one month time to the petitioner besides adjourning the hearing for one month.
