Islamabad: Supreme Court (SC) while rejecting the objection of Ali Zafar counsel for PTI founder with reference to formation of bench in article 63-A review case has remarked it is unanimous decision of all of us we reject the objections on bench.The court while accepting Barrister Ali Zafar plea has issued orders for arranging his immediate meeting with Imran Khan.The Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa has remarked we are among makers of Pakistan and not breakers of Pakistan. We heard those case which no one wanted to hear. We heard the case of Pervaiz Musharraf. Here the cases were got abolished through registrar. I tried to include the same judges in the bench. No one can be forced. I have no problem from full court. But people are having habit of formation of benches of their sweet will. That time is over. Now transparency has come. Now there will be no dictatorship either in the country nor in the institutions.A five members larger bench of SC presided over by the CJP Qazi Faez I sa took up for hearing review appeals against the decision related to interpretation of article 63-A Wednesday.The hearing of the case was adjourned till 11.30 a.m today (Thursday).
