Islamabad: Supreme Court (SC) has rejected the plea seeking court orders to resort to proper forum in land dispute case.Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Yahya Afridi remarked some time cases run for 18 years due to writing of one sentence by SC. Nothing like this will be written in the order due to which case starts in civil court again.The CJP gave these remarks while presiding over two members bench of SC during hearing of land dispute case here Friday.The counsel for petitioner said SC in its written order should direct us to approach the appropriate forum.Justice Shahid Bilal remarked you can resort to proper forum without written order of SC.The court rejected the plea for issuing directives to approach the proper forum.
