Islamabad: Supreme Court (SC) has suspended Election Tribunal order for re-polling on 15 polling stations in constituency of PP-45 Balochistan Assembly (BA) and issued stay order.The SC has restored Ali Madad Jatak of PPP.A 3-member bench of SC presided over by Justice Amin ud Din Khan took up the case for hearing Wednesday.Shahzad Shaukat counsel for the petitioner told the court during the hearing of the case ET had ordered for re-polling on 15 polling stations due to difference in form 45 of the candidates. 15 candidates told about difference in form 45. But only 4 presented forms 45.SC admitted for hearing appeal plea of Ali Madad Jatak for hearing.The court while issuing notice to respondents adjourned the hearing till October 21.
