Islamabad: Supreme Court (SC) will take up for hearing petitions filed by Emman Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha seeking suspension of their sentence on May 12. According to media reports a 3-member bench of SC will hear the petition regarding suspension of sentence on May 12. 3-member bench of SC will be presided over by Justice Shahid Wahid. The other two members of bench are Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan and Justice Shafi Siddiqui. It is pertinent to mention here Emman Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha have challenged interim order of high court in SC.
