Islamabad:Supreme Court will hear the review petition of the restaurant on September 5 this week by a 3-member bench headed by Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa.Justice Jamal Mandukhel and Justice Naeem Akhtarafghan will also be part of the bench. Along with the Monal restaurant review petition, the petitions of La Montana and Sunshine Heights have also been fixed for hearing on September 5.Monal and La Montana restaurants have moved the court in three months and assured to vacate the restaurants.
