Islamabad: Supreme Court (SC) has wrapped up Sui Northern overbilling case.The SC remarked the petitioner can raise the question in pending review case.Justice Mansoor Ali Shah remarked let some cases stay with us.He gave these remarks while presiding over two members bench of SC during hearing of Sui Northern overbilling case Monday.The counsel for petitioner said review of this case is still pending. This case will go to constitutional bench following passage of 26th constitutional amendment.Justice Mansoor Ali Shah remarked there is no legal or constitutional question in this case.Justice Mansoor Ali Shah remarked smilingly " let some cases stay with us.The court wrapped up Sui Northern over billing case.
