Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) has remarked in smog eradication case that the schools which fail to comply with court's orders for running school buses after winter vacations will not be allowed to function.A two pages decision was issued by justice Shahid Karim Thursday.The court through this decision has ordered to present implementation report of its order for running school buses in educational institutions.According to court's decision the schools which don't comply with its orders will not be allowed to run after winter vacations.Transport department should conduct regular inspection of heavy vehicles besides evolving policy for continuous inspection and data of the vehicles.It has been ordered in the decision that PHA will stop plantation of conocorpus tree and uproot them in Lahore. Local trees will be planted in place of conocorpus tree.Environment protection agency told the court stone crushing is fully banned.
