Islamabad: A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been signed between Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP) and Supreme People’s court of China.

Under this MOU the departure of woman additional sessions judge from Balochistan and senior civil judge from Mithi to China is expected.

A delegation of Pakistan IT experts will visit Beijing in July 2026. The visit is aimed at observing the A.I and digital change in judicial system.

A press release issued by Supreme Court has said that SC has expressed its resolve to strengthen judicial cooperation with China. MOU was signed with Supreme People’s Court of China in August 2025.

The prominent judges of district judiciary are being provided opportunities for international training.
