Karachi: Secretary and MD SEEDA have been taken into custody from court room for not regularizing SEEDA employees despite court's orders. .

During the hearing of the case on non regularization of SEEDA employees before the constitutional bench of Sindh High Court (SHC) , the court expressed resentment over secretary and MD SEEDA.

As per media report, the court ordered for taking into custody Secretary SEEDA Khurram Shahzad and MD Pretam Das for not implementing court's orders.

Police took into custody both the officers from court room.

Aqil Awan advocate for the petitioner told the court had ordered to regularize 27 officers of SEEDA five years before. 27 officers are working in grade 17 and grade 18 since 2000. The court had ordered to regularize them five years back.

Both of them failed in telling the reasons for not regularizing the employees.
