Security Forces Neutralize 23 Indian-Sponsored Khwarij in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Rawalpindi: In intelligence-based operations conducted on 16-17 November 2025, Pakistan Security Forces successfully neutralized twenty-three khwarij associated with the Indian proxy group Fitna Al Khwarij in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province.In Bajaur District, an operation targeting reported khwarij presence resulted in the elimination of eleven militants, including ring leader Sajjad @Abuzar. A separate operation in Bannu District saw twelve additional khwarij neutralized.Sanitization operations continue to ensure no remaining Indian-sponsored militants are present in the area. The Counter Terrorism campaign, under the vision 'Azm-e-Istehkam' approved by the Federal Apex Committee on the National Action Plan, will persist at full intensity, aiming to eradicate the threat of foreign-supported terrorism across Pakistan.
