Islamabad: Senate Privilege Committee has recommended to take action against the officers responsible for not implementing production order of Senator Ejaz Chaudhry.

Senate standing committee on privilege met here under chairman Senator Taj Haider Friday.

Committee was informed about breaching the privilege of chairman and not implementing production order of senator Ejaz Chaudhry. Senator Ejaz Chaudhry is heart patient and he is under treatment in hospital at present too.His doctors are not allowing to travel.

Senator Saadia Abbasi said doctors of Lahore have not said in their report that he cannot travel due to heart ailment.

Senator Faisal Salim said that earlier production orders have not been implemented three times.

Chairman Committee said he wants to assure that if Senator Ejaz Chaudhry wants to come then he will be allowed to come. He can be brought if he and his doctors agree to it.
